I have Vista Home Premiun, and my gameing mouse has a button 4, I have that assigned as my "Push to Talk" button for my VOIP. When i press it with windows explorer or internet explorer up, hits the back button, i want that to stop. How do I disable it?

Where did you do the assignment for VOIP ? Sometimes the mouse software has an option to make the key be something different based on the application that is open.
