How to define/set CD ROM will be FIRST bios?
(4 posts)It may be set that way in the BIOS setup, by default. To determine, you need to get into BIOS setup where it will show how it's set, and if need be, to change it. Do you know what key accesses the setup? Often it's F-2. Usually, the first screen at boot shows what key is used.
Should you find the info, on restart, tap the proper key immediately at the first screen until the BIOS SETUP screen shows. Then right arrow over to "Boot", and it will show you the boot order.
Observe how to 'exit without saving changes', just so you don't mess up. Post back with your results, and we will go from there.
