how to create virtual server on wifi router?

hey guys
how to create virtual server on wifi router to play counter strike source?
actually we 10 people planning to play cs source on LAN
and i want to play it through wifi
ad-hoc network is another option but i would prefer my belkin G router to be used to connect all players.

if all pcs or laptops are connected to the same router , u can simple make one of them acts as a server and let the others connects to it....
