If you are talking about Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) then simply get the page up that you want. Click on the tools icon (gear) and select Internet options. On the general tab click the Use Current button. Click OK and restart IE9.
Since it was a flagged site I would also do a scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Free deleting everything it finds.
