How to clean Auto Virus?

In my computer there is one virus. if I open c: drive d: drive it's not opening. If I right click it's shows Auto,Open,Autoplay. I tried all virus software but unable to. Please anyone can help me to solve this issue. Thanks in advance.

I dont quite understand.
How do you know you have a virus?
Is d:drive a hard disk or a cd/dvd drive?
what virus software have you tried?
