Okay I want to change this Background right here

Can you see the blue hover when you hover the folders on the Desktop

How can I change this.

if youre up to the task and too nervous about playing around with system files and such, here's a thread with a possible solution ...

***Note! if you go this route - please CYA and have a fresh image / backup so that if something happens yo u can be back up and running.
by this i mean to invest the time into looking into a disk image and backup software like macrium / ghost / etc.,etc..
fyi, imho, macrium is free and works great.
