I would like to change my gmail wallpaper color so I can choose from the new themes. How can I restore the default settings in the registry?

fvillanueva, to change back to the default theme, click the "Classic" theme at the top of the "Themes" page.

@fvillanueva, Unless you really know what your doing the registry should not be played around with. Try ronniesonora suggestion.

What makes you think that it is stored in the registry? When I go to my Gmail on any computer it knows my color so it can't be in the registry on a single computer. It is saved in your Google profile.

Thanks to all for responding. Following ronniesonora's instructions did not work. The reason is that sometime ago HTG gave instructions (using the registry or command prompt), on changing the gmail background to only a specific color, w/ no background theme. After searching, I cannot find those instructions. Perhaps someone can find & post them. Thanks in advance.

Sorry not it. HTG's instructions had to by typed in. Afterward, the background was changed to a solid color - no theme. It is exclusive to the user's computer.

http://www.howtogeek.com/sites.....olid+color Have a look though this link from the HTG site. There are about 7 pages, something might be what you want.
