how to change keyboard play button function?

The keyboard is Microsoft wireless keyboard 3000. I want to change the pay button.
When i press this button it opens WMP and i want it to open winamp. another thing the media buttons work for winamp only when it on focus.
how do i change this two things?

I installed IntelliType but it didn't help.

Hi Alex. It all has to do with the software that came with the keyboard. So some more info on those would be usefull.
