although there was so many article about it, most of them is not out-of-dated, or it had stop to work.
proxy is the most mention in web, but it seem to be not handy, it lower my browse speed, not some time can't download or open website still.
and it had to use IE setting...
i post as some proxy tool from google didn't work now, so i hope here someone can provide currently workable solution and recommend a better way to do so
