Under "New Action - Start A Program" I am only allowed to put an exe file. In Win7 I could e g put a text document here, and then it would automatically open in notepad. But Win8 for me seems unable to associate files to programs within the scheduler. For normal applications I can fix this, e g to open a text file I can put notepad as exed file and my text file as argument. But not for scf, since the associated application is Explorer and it can't have arguments apparently. Think it can be the same issue as DW is having. Strange that it works on some PCs though. Mine wasn't a clean install, it was an upgrade from a Win7 install.
