How to allow users to update their information in dreamweaver cs5?

i am using oracle as my database, and creating a e-commerce site. i have been searching and reading but still cant seem to understand :how can i allow users, after they log in with username and password, to make changes to their personal information that is stored in the database, i am kinda confuse... i'm using asp vbscript development. can anyone point me to some legit tutorials, or knows how... i already got the user session stored after they log in, so just want them to be able to select a link to update info or sumtin.....helpppp

Blech, oracle. Please, please, please do yourself a favor and use MySQL instead.
