HELLO, someone could help? after full recovery I lost access to my email box on at mailgate.ru ( before recovery opening automaticaly on Outlook 2007)
tried to set up account with my email on Outlook but I do not know a SMTP and POP3 same as password lost , as never used .

rainbow17, hi. By full recovery you will have lost all the settings, pop, smtp and perhaps imap.
a bit of research brings nothing up at all with reference to port settings.
Who is the ISP you signed with that gave that email address originally?
mailgate could just be the gateway but we cannot guess the way the email account works either pop3 or smtp without further info

but honnestly it was long time ago and I do not remmember what website i used to open email box with ..@mailgate.ru , I thought the Outlook should store all emails somewhere ..even after full recovery we may access them but seemes i was wrong
