6 1/2 would be a ladies size in the US. I wear a US 10 which is a German/French 43.

Aleeve, just because you're paranoid doesn't mean the CIA isn't after you. Maybe if you were "expired" they would stop. My advice would be to fake your own death -- they do it on TV all the time, so how hard can it be?
