I noticed it is missing in my Start Menu. I can find it when I right click on the start menu and open all users. Thanks for any help.

If you right click on "Accessories" folder and click Properties is hidden checked?
Hidden folders won't display in the Start Menu.

"read only (only applies to files in folder)" is checked.

Ok. That is normal. The read only flag is set on my computer for that folder to.
Is the Assessories folder in shell:Programs set to hidden too?
Note: shell:Programs is a shortcut to the user start menu programs folder that will be resolved to the correct folder when typed in the address bar and pressing enter.

The shell:programs folder had nothing in it. When I checked the properties it was "hidden" I unchecked that box and checked the accessories folder which was read only. When I checked the start menu it was there. Thanks!

What would cause it to disappear in the first place? I know I didn't hide that folder?

You're Welcome.
I don't know how it would have got hidden in the first place. That is odd.
