I am using Windows 7 64-bit. I use both Google Chrome and Windows Explorer. When I launch Chrome, a tab for Inbox. com and a tab for Snap.do both appear. I've tried everything I can think of (included RevoUninstaller) and all the tips that are posted on the web to get rid of these, but nothing seems to work. BTW, there aren't any toolbars that I can find, just the tabs that are created.
Can someone tell me how to get rid of these please?
HELP!

Are they found in Customize and control button ->tools->extentions? If so disable them and remove them if possible.
Are they found in Customize and control button ->tools->settings On startup? If so set it to startup only those pages you want.
Are they perhaps pinned (Small tab)? If so unpin them and close them.
Are they in Control Panel ->Programs and Features? If so download and install Revo Uninstaller and remove them using the Advanced setting deleting all it finds.
Otherwise run Malwarebytes and/or SuperAntispyware deleting all they find.
