At the bottom of every email it says:

To manage your subscriptions or to block all notifications from this site, click the link below:

but when i click on that link, i just get taken to the how-to geek homepage. I don't want any more emails! Help!!!!!

I've figured out what the issue is here... there's something wrong with the caching in wordpress, it's not working correctly and caching the subscribe page incorrectly even though it's on the ignore list.

No, I was the first one to register it.

What he's complaining about is the "Subscribe to Comments" feature on the main site articles. In the email is a link to unsubscribe, but if you have cleared out your cookies since the last time you came to the site, it redirects you to the home page because the caching plugin is interfering somehow. I'm not quite sure why, but I need to figure it out.
