I was trying to create a partition on my C: drive on my Laptop. When I restarted my system, I got this blue screen error It won't let me go to F8 to change my start up settings. I just want to reformat the computer now but I have not been able to change the booting order, even though I've tried by going to BIOS. I can't imagine how to fix this without your help and some steps to get this fixed. Thanks so much in advance!
