(Solved) - How do I delete a program w/o program disk?

I need to delete a program in my computer but no longer have the disk. I deleted what I could, but it still is asking for the program disk to complete removal. How can I finish this? There is an old version of Word embedded in this program and I need to remove it before I can install a new version of Office! Please help!!!!!!!

The program is Print Shop 20.

whs, thank you for your suggestion. I have already done that and it is there that I found out that I no longer have the program disc that is giving me the problem.

CCleaner can remove many programs without a disk.

try using revo uninstaller, select the advanced uninstallation mode while removing the app....

Thank you everyone for your advice. I found the program disc that I thought I no longer had. I appreciate everyone who reads these forums and helps out.
