I know how to change icons on simple programmes like MSN and Computer: Right click/properties/change icon...
But how do i change icons for programmes like Word and The Sims 2? Is there a programme i need or a hack? Thanks for anyone who helps me!

tidus,

you need to create a desktop shortcut from the exe file of the word program, you will find this in the following folder - C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12. Once you have the shortcut on your desktop you can go to properties and change the icon.
