How do I change Firefox from 3.5.7 back to 3.5.3?

Uninstall 3.5.7 (using Revo uninstaller),
then get 3.5.3 from here,

and if you want to save all your bookmarks etc, use this first,

Why don't you uninstall it and then install it again.... put FF 3.6 in which is out now.
Follow this Mozilla tutorial to uninstall...you have the option to keep or remove your settings. Try keeping them first and if that does not work repeat the process from the beginning again by removing the settings (profiles) folder as shown....remove the Profiles Folder as instructed any way if you are not bothered. It is possible to copy and paste the Profiles folder to your Desktop. Documents to play with later.

You can get FF 3.6: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/personal.html
Don't just put FF3.6 on top as an upgrade like you would normally do....uninstall 3.5.7 first because it might just carry the problem to the new version.
