I’ve installed Gmail client on my Tablet PC with Android 2.2. No I wanted to uninstall it but can’t find Gmail anywhere on my tablet PC. I am using Uninstaller program. I made the tablet rooted but still it did not help. I bought the tablet PC about two years ago from China and it does not have Restore to factory settings in my tablet PC settings. How can I remove Gmail client from my tablet PC (unbranded)?

Should be under Settings > Applications > Manage Applications?

Does your device have an SD card installed?

I'm not sure you can uninstall GMail. On My android 4.1 you only have the opportunity to uninstall updates, clear cache and clear data. I'm not sure it can be actually deleted. You can remove the e-mail account and stop it from trying.

Gmail does not sit in Manage applications. Yes, I have an SD card installed. Why?

I've found it! That was in Settings-Privacy-Factory data reset. I've deleted the gmail account. It asked for USB port which I do not have, though. But finally the account was deleted.
