any one help me how to lock external harddisk?? i am looking for a solution to lock external hard drive with a password,`?

Or if your Windows 7 edition is Ultimate or Enterprise use the built-in Bitlocker drive encryption.

goto bios select SECURITY option then select hard drive password.
