Just purchased a new PC and it comes with Windows 8 64 bit OS and IE10 pre-installed, however I'm having a lot of issues with my VPN connection and it seems to be that the cause is the the IE10.
According to the specifications of my VPN administrator, IE8 32 bits is what I need.

Download Internet Explorer 8 from Microsoft.
I tried to do that but the drop box doesn't have Windows 8 as an option, So I pick WIndows XP 32 bit and I get a message saying that the OS doesn't support that, then I tried downloading the version for Windows 7 and I get the same message saying that my OS doesn't support windows 8.
When I tried to do this when beta testing Win 8, I was not able to get IE8 to run at all

However, time may have changed things, so uninstall and try the 7 version of IE8
