How about this error... Generic Host process...

Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

szAppName : svchost.exe szAppVer : 5.1.2600.2180 szModName : unknown
szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00000000

C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\WERd078.dir00\svchost.exe.mdmp
C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\WERd078.dir00\appcompat.txt

No MSFT update seems to handle it even though they are referenced. Any help would be appreciated. Windows XP SP2 and all updates/hotfixes installed.
