(Solved) - hotmail sign in protocol

i made a mistake when signing in my name (to open hotmail) and my computer remembers the mistake; so that when i start to type in my name; a list pops up to prompt me and lists: my real sign-in name but also the mistake (it has part of my password in the mistake), so how do i delete the second mistake?) so that it won't list that anymore? thanks

try this ... when the list pops up highlight the one you want to get rid of and press the "delete" key

You should probably clear the browser cache too, just in case . . .
