I can't figure this out. I reinstalled my xp and now when I drag a box from one side of the screen to the other it is not one quick action. it does it in slow sections. This also happens when I scroll down a website. What do I need to reset? Any help out there? Thanks!

You probably need to install a video driver. It should be on a separate disc that came with your computer.
