Is There a way to have it stay on top of the windows that I have open?

I'm posting this using the On-Screen keyboard. I think it stays on top all times !!! BTW, which Operating system do you have ?

Okay Sorry, My mistake... I didn't saw that this post was under Windows 8... I don't have much knowledge about Windows 8... No offence !!

Open On-Screen Keyboard. Display the Settings menu by pressing Alt+S. Select Always on Top by pressing A.
