I started getting a notice on my file for Logitech Desktop Messenger. "Logitech Desktop Messenger.exe lacks an "app id separator". Does anyone know how to correct this and to stop the pop-up?

4paws,

(NOT) a solution but you can begin on the link below to find out what others are having troubles with.

4paws: hi, welcome to the forum. My advice would be to uninstall it. As far as I know, Logitech Desktop is just a way for Logitech to send you ads for their products. Sure, they might occasionally send a coupon or discount code, but do you need this running all the time on your system? You could probably sign up for an e-mail newsletter instead and get the same thing.

Yes, they do have a newsletter and I found it quite easily. Here on their website under Subscription Management, you can sign up for a newsletter that probably sends the same info by e-mail.
