This is your EXACT situation but you have both computers running Windows 7 RIGHT ????

That is EXACTLY what I want to do! Both are Windows 7, one is x64 and one is x86.

Read the the description in the link again.

Makes no difference which is connected wireless to the router.

Will use a Cross Over Cable and Make a BRIDGE connection.

I have the crossover cable made and it WORKS.

To BRIDGE a connection, you highlight both the WIRELESS card and LAN card, right click and choose BRIDGE CONNECTIONS? Correct?

That should be Correct although MS instructions say to use ICS with a Hub.

We shall try to McGyver the setup.

You what the funny part is?

I had problems BRIDGING! my setup at home. And that's when I decided to just share the connection. LOL

I am still confused as to why you such trouble sharing the connection.

But the good thing is that you are now connected!

It all began in the 1960s when I stole a couple of books on electronics from my high school library.
