help with cmd prompt

i've been trying to reduce the amount of disk usage for SR in the command prompt as listed on the "Reduce the Amount of SR usage" on the windows vista section, i can run the command prompt but when i type the following command, it says i dont have access to that , saying run this is in administrator whatever... i am the admin lol the comp i'm using only has my username and i'm the admin, so you know the solution pls help, so i can reduce my SR disk usage ASAP from 35GB max to at least 10GB

Right click on the Command prompt and 'Run as Administrator'.

dM, for some programs, like Command Prompt or Spybot it is handy to set it pemanently to "Run as administrator" - because this is the only way you get anything done. For that you right click on the Icon or program (in all programs), click on Properties. click on Advanced and check "Run as administrator". This way it has always the right setting and you do not waste time like with Spybot which runs forever and then at the end you cannot do anything because you ran as simple user.
