Help: unable to change back to windows 7 after dual boot

hi,
After I follow the instructions on how to dual boot seamlessly win 8, I am now unable to get back to window 7.
When I start up my computer, there is no option to run in windows 7 anymore.
My guess is that I install some update in windows 8 that resulted in my situation.
All help is appreciated.

Hi speed,

Have a look at the free version of EasyBCD ( http://neosmart.net/EasyBCD/ ) I've used it in the past to eliminate GRUB after having Linux dual boot system.
