OMG let me try to explain this one, both the picture and the music folders are linked. In the start menu the pics are in the right place but when i click on the music pics show up. i scrapped the old pics and got new ones from my personal camera somehow both folder properties are the same even though it says pictures and music in the start menu

Right click on Pictures (in the Start Menu). Select Properties > Location

You seem to have a basic bug in your system. Apparently the fixes we'd done the other day did not permanently fix it.
Yes you can do a system restore to an earlier date. But then you loose things you have done since. So let's first try a few other things:
1. Open command prompt => type CMD into the Start Search box > right click on cmd above > run as administrator > into the black OS screen type SFC /SCANNOW -- make sure there is a blank before the slash(/). This may fix some files if it can. It will run for a couple of minutes and tell you what it found.
2. Run CCleaner - both the normal clean and the registry clean. Get it from here: http://filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/
Then come back and let us know what happened. We may have to fix the folders as we did earlier, but maybe then it will be for good. If not, we'll look at system restore.

That ULYSES is from your earlier wallpapers, isn't it. Since you uninstalled that, maybe CCLeaner can wipe the reminents out.

In the same folder that music and pictures is in, create 2 new folders called music2 and pictures2.
Move (not copy) all the files from music to music2, and the same for the pictures.
Delete the music and pictures folders.
Rename the 2 folders ending in 2, to the original names (without the 2)

Now this is interesting, any idea what these "other programs" could be? There seems to be something throwing a monkeywrench into your system. We'll find it, I'm sure.

OK, unfortunately we cannot get at this log - at least I have never figured out how. Now do CCleaner and then reboot. Then tell us what you see.
