Hi...I would like to rename my local drive I:\ to C:\...I tryed simply renaming it but now it shows up as two letters (C:)(I:)...Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the I:\ and keep the C:\...? Thank you...

The right click to rename will only let you put in a descriptive name, like My Stuff (odds are the original name was the hard drive model), but it will not let you change the drive letters. By default, your operating system is on the C drive and you will not be able to change the drive letter until you install your operating system on the I drive. Once you do that, you can go into your BIOS and change which drive you boot from, and your system will automatically make it your new boot drive (ie you C drive).
