I've XP Pro, I've 4 accounts set up, Me, mywifes, 2 children, all account except mine can click on desktop icons and access those links. Mine I have all ICONs showing on desktop however when I click on Internet Explorer it doesn't register. The only ICON that works is my EXCEL File. I've done full Virus scans accessing from the other accounts. But still no good. I can open start - programs - choose a program but it also won't connect. I went into Control Panel - File Options - View - unchecked Hide Extensions for known file types. But still doesn't work. Does anyone have any other suggestions????????

Or you could simply share the wifes and delete yours.
