HELP! Outlook 2003 PST initially created in wrong user profile sub directory

I have an existing multi-user computer running XP pro SP3 with Office 2003 Pro. When I created a new user, then setup his Outlook 2003 profile, the PST file is in another user profile's location! When opening Outlook, it generates and access denied error message - basically because his PST file is located in another person's user profile. We use a POP3 account.
