I have no clue what is wrong with it, but my PC just keeps resetting after about 3-5 seconds of the fans and other stuff being on.. any suggestions???

Are you the one who build the PC? Can you give the components used, e.g. motherboard, processor, PSU, memory, etc.?

I'm the one who built it, and these are the main parts:
asus maximus 4 extreme motherboard
nvidia geforce gtx 560 ti
4x 4gb ripjaw g.skill RAM
750w corsair psu

that didn't work. What i ended up having to do is to format a flashdrive with FAT32 format and then put on the bios for my motherboard (renaming it to M4E.ROM), give power to my motherboard (but not start it), plug in my flashdrive at the ROG connect spot on my motherboard, press the ROG connect button for about 5 seconds, let go, and then press delete a lot on my keyboard until the bios finally showed up. Hopefully that solves anyone else's problems with this motherboard..
