Help me create this specific document!

Hi all,

I am trying to create a document as follows..... I need a template where I can just enter one specific number and when I enter this number, the following information authmatically enters onto my document: Name, Address, Telephone #........... I guess that information will be saved on another document...

This is what I need.........

Store # (So when i type in a specific "Store #", the corresponding information authomatically enters which is my name, address and Telephone #)

Can you say which office app you want to use and version.
You say you want to automatically enter "your" name, address and telephone number, if you enter a store number?
If it's a word document, couldn't you just use auto text to insert the details. Can you elaborate more.
If it's excel you are talking about you could use something like a vlookup!
