Ok so for some unknown reason every time my computer started using 3D acceleration my graphics went haywire. i noticed this first when playing World of warcraft, then tested it with Americans Army. Here is a screen shot of what it looks like, http://img521.imageshack.us/img521/5822/wtfjd5.jpg this was about 30 sec after logging in, then every time after i exit WoW or AA i still have issues as shown here, http://img521.imageshack.us/im.....f2px4.jpg.
To get it back to normal i have to shut down wait a few sec and power on again, if i restart the screen still shows these lines, so if i shutdown everything is fine until i start a game that requires 3D acceleration.

i have tried different video cards, different motherboard/CPU, i have un-installed the display drivers and installed the latest ones, i have repaired windows but the only thing i haven't done is reinstall windows.
when i run a dxdiag the 3D acceleration runs fine, until i start a game then try it with the green lines (like in screen shot) and the 3D acceleration fail and i could not see the cube on the 3D 7 and 8.

what can i do now?
