HELP~!!! Installed Wrong Version of Windows 7

hi i have recently bought a new desktop with 16gb RAM and made the stupid mistake of installing 32-bit instead of 64-bit. how do i swap?
Bootmgr is missing after failed windows 7 install. i keep press ctrl+alt+del to restart... How to fix Bootmgr missing on Windows 7? how to uninstall window 7 32bit?
need help thank you.

Format the disk and install the proper version.

If you using a disc, skip down to the "Install Windows" image. Then follow the rest of this tutorial.

Just make sure you install x64 not x86 again.
