my folder hidden by my younger brother
my tools menu and control panel do not have folder options
how can i show my hidden folder?

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer]

set the DWORD "NoFolderOptions" to 0 or just delete it....and there you go the problem is GONE!!!!.

If you dont know what this means, then dont screw round with it. have your little brother fix it.

Your PC might affected to Viruses, that why folder option has missing.

RUN > Regedit > OK

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer]
