HELP how can recovery image factory for compaq laptop/notbook with windows 7

Hello, I have a compaq laptop/notbook with windows 7

Does anyone know how I can restore my laptop to factory settings so

it will be the same as when I 1st bought it?

1st image on dvds are Crash

Any help would be great

If the discs are damaged then you can try tapping F11 key during startup to perform recovery. You can also launch recovery from Start > All Programs.

If above steps fail, then you need to contact HP to get recovery discs. You can also check in HP.com if they have provided option to order recovery discs for your notebook model.

Note: The above message from your notebook is because you cannot create more than one set of recovery disc from your notebook.

but the HP is just one time is allowd to make recovery

and this image from the steps one time recovery and maybe any one help for make 2 time

It is not possible to make them twice, as Santo said.
You will have to contact HP, and order some more.

Hi Mzhako

Have you destroyed your Recovery Drive that contains a factory copy of your computer? As Santo said, Press F11 at boot to start it.
