HDMI not working with 24inch LED

Hi,
I am new in How to greek this is my fist post. I have problem please help me.
I build a new PC
AMD fx 6100 (6core) Proccesor
asus motherboard m5a88-m (with ATI 4250 internal graphic)
4GB DDR 3 g Skill Ram
1TB Hard Disk
AOC 24 Inch LED Monitor
And
Asus Gefoce ENGT 240 1GB DDR3 Graphic CARD
My problem is when I connected HDMI cable from GPU to Monitor system dose not boot up
When I connected both cable VGA and HDMI the system is start but after windows logo my monitor Display gone Black.
I try the latest NVIDIA Driver , update Mother board Bios, Disable the Motherboard Internal Graphic, check the Different HDMI Cable,AOC 24inch monitor working perfect with other pc, and DVD Player,
Every thin I done but that’s not work with my system please help me

Hi

What happens when you just use the VGA cable with the Asus Graphics card and have you tried DVI-D connection?
Can you try the graphics card on another PC

Make sure that there is nothing connected to USB ports of YOUR SCREEN. cable , hard disk or whatever.

VGA cable with Asus Graphics its running well, i try the graphic card to other pc its running good with VGA and HDMI cable with same LED never try with DVI cable.

there is nothing connected with USB port.

Please help me
