A common problems on this forum,

--- I have high disk activity?
--- My computer is slow and something must be running?
--- All of a sudden, my computer is slow?

looks great guys, really well explaned i have ''auto-runs'' and ''process lasso'' there great to i also signed up for the news letter .. :)

thanks for the links guys, i had a problem on a laptop last week i used ''auto-runs'' and ''msconfig start-up + running proccess'' to sort that out this will come in handy :)@ mfletch sign-up as a FREE GIFT you get.. a compleate guide on internet security a 99 page (pdf)to keep on your pc, or any location, and the news letters are very interesting :)
