Trying to restore my system after a Trojan infection but I keep getting this message...

I have lost/didn't have a disk when I first bought my Laptop..

I have backed up all my files. I just can't clean install/clean restore my system.

Any help much appreciated.

Thought you had a FULL installation DVD from your earlier posting concerning virus.

Need to convey complete situation to members WHEN asking for help.

What is the Make and Model Number of your computer ??

One of our members who runs Vista may can help from here.
