Hard drive configuration is not set to the factory default. restore aborted

Trying to restore my system after a Trojan infection but I keep getting this message...

I have lost/didn't have a disk when I first bought my Laptop..

I have backed up all my files. I just can't clean install/clean restore my system.

Any help much appreciated.

Need to convey complete situation to members WHEN asking for help.
