I copied my administrator account to another default account with the intent of using the new account as a Standard User account but when I downgrade it to 'Standard' and try to login to it I get the above notice. When I revert it back to Admin I can access it. Any clues? Group Policy Client is set to Automatic in Services.

(3 posts)http://www.wincert.net/tips/mi.....-windows-7 Link for Enabler doesn't work here. Got it from here: http://www.softpedia.com/get/O.....bler.shtml
i created another account and did the above. I've also tried doing it from the hidden Admin account so that my usual account isn't running but same result. Got one thing left to try and that's temporarily make my usual Admin account a standard one then copy that to the other one from the hidden account.
NOTE: my hidden admin account is running so I won't lock myself out...I'll put my admin status back to my usual account from there. DO NOT TRY THIS WITHOUT HAVING YOUR HIDDEN ADMIN ACCOUNT OR ANOTHER ADMIN ACCOUNT AVAILABLE...there needs to be three accounts of which one must be admin.
I'll wait for someone that might know another way before I try this.
