(Solved) - Graphics card not identified :(

I just installed ubuntu 12.04 on my 2nd HDD and I'm kinda bit confuse why this is happened. My graphics card is Nvdia GeForce 210. It says 'activated and currently in use' but in the details it wasn't identified, I wonder why? Need help on this.+
