LH,

Glad that you picked up on my post just in time !!

Also pleased it was moved from where I posted it (Off Topics) into Main Stream because I think we will start seeing many members asking for "Helps" due to the OEM Hardware Problem.

Best Regards,
Rick P.

Hi Rick. I thought it needed a bigger audience. Important info is that.

Big companies keep thinking about their own asses instead of helping the general public

drifta,

You are VERY CORRECT.

It has been that way since day (1) and getting worse.

Welcome to the world of computing.

They will lie low as long as they can. But once they keep getting sued big time like the car companies in the 80's and 90's, they will start with recalls.

@Rick, I meant to ask you since a long time: Why do you not use the full width of the page in your posts? It's not a problem. I am just curious.

@whs,

I try to divide a post up into short sentences so it easier to follow with a line space between sentences. It doesn't work too well not being able to use HTML BR Code on the site however.

@whs,

I think I'll put this back at the top of the list so everyone gets a chance to see it for a day. LH thought it was an important topic because he was about to purchase a new laptop with the bad video card in it.

Night All.

the big companies should do more tests if they cant afford to do recalls
