I think it may have to do with my external HD, cause I unplugged it and Windows hasn't restarted yet
if it is that, is there a way I can fix it?

So plug it back-on and see if it shows this Blue-Screen again.

well, it's plugged in and Windows 7 is running fine, but whenever I open my Control Panel or anything Windows related (like Windows Update)
I get the blue screen, do you think I need to disable shadowing/caching of my BIOS? and if so, how do I do that?
