I downloaded spyware blaster as suggested but I can't figure out how to get rid of incredibar. thks

You mean Spywareblaster did not get rid of Incredibar? Try Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.

See whether it is in the program list. You may have to uninstall it - best with Revo. Try the freeware which will work on all x86 programs: http://www.revouninstaller.com.....nload.html
