I do labor work for a liquidation company and I was given a laptop from one of our moves. It was in parts, and I put it together to make it work. But there is a little lock that comes up when you start it and it wants a PW which I do not have. I took it back apart and unplugged the batteries for over two hours. But the lock still comes up. Is there a way to get the lock out so I can use the laptop?
